Massaman Curry

Cooking Instructions: Empty rice and sauce pouches into a sauce pan over low-medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until warm. Transfer into serving serving bowl and top with ground peanuts. 

*Alternate: Empty contents into a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Microwave for 60 seconds or until warm. 

Sauce: Water, coconut milk, massaman curry paste (shallot, galangal, water, lemon grass, sea salt, chili, coriander, garlic, cumin, tamarind paste, kaffir lime leaves, coriander seeds, nut meg, cardamon, white pepper, cinnamon, star anise), peanut, roasted tofu (soy bean, water, salt), potato, carrot, long bean, sugar, tamarind paste, sea salt, vinegar. Purple rice: Water, long grain rice, riceberry, rice bran oil, sea salt. Peanuts: Roasted Peanuts
