The Updog is an excellent source of protein, is cholesterol-free, and has no added sugars or artificial flavors.

Keep refrigerated. Enjoy within 5 days of opening. From frozen, run package under water, or thaw in refrigerator 24 hours.

Don’t remove the casing—that’s where the magic happens!

Cooking Methods:

Grill, or cook on stovetop (recommended) 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.

Steam 8–10 minutes.

Microwave (if you must) 25 seconds.

Boiling not recommended—you’ll lose our signature snap!
