For the Jackfruit:
- 1 7-ounce package Upton’s Naturals Shredded Jackfruit (or 1 package of Original Jackfruit)
- 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil (or use a non-stick pan)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
- 1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Ch'eesy Mac:
- 1 10.05-ounce box Upton’s Naturals Ch’eesy Mac or Ch’eesy Bacon Mac
- More sriracha to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs, chopped leafy greens, and/or Upton’s Naturals Bacon Seitan for garnish

Over a medium-high flame, cook the Jackfruit, soy sauce, sriracha, and water in olive oil for 5-7 minutes (omit oil if using a nonstick pan). Use a fork or your stirring utensil to break the Jackfruit into shreds, if necessary.
Prepare Ch’eesy Mac or Ch’eesy Bacon Mac according to package directions, frying for 3-5 minutes in a pan.
Transfer the fried Ch’eesy Mac to a bowl and add the Jackfruit.
Add extra sriracha, salt, and pepper to taste, and garnish with your preferred toppings.
